Title: UAT Lead/Quality Assurance
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Wilmington, DE
Role Description
The UAT Matrix Lead
partners with technology groups, business partners, business analysts/managers,
and external vendor resources to oversee the execution of Quality Assurance
(QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
The UAT Matrix Lead is
responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the testing function. We
are responsible for managing and coordinating QA & UAT planning
(strategies, timelines, scripts); execution (prioritization, monitoring);
defect management and reporting activities across impacted areas to ensure
consistency and control. We define testing
strategies and approaches for QA and UAT.
The UAT Matrix Lead is
responsible for ensuring all business or client functions are working according
to the test cases based on the business requirements, functional
specifications, wireframes, etc. We are responsible
for the remediation of defects. We are
also responsible for reporting at all levels of management and back to the
project/program sponsors and leadership.
Lead Roles are Responsibilities:

Lead a large team of testers, both full time
employees (FTEs) and contractors (FTCs) in a matrix role in the test planning
and execution of multiple projects

Manage the testing effort of large, complex,
technology-driven projects that cut across business and functional areas
comprising front-end, back-end, and middleware application/business teams
·
Create a Test Strategy that encompasses the
test approach of all of the impacted testing teams
·
Ability to frame testing messages from down
grading RAG status to testing re-plans based on shifting timelines
·
Have a full understanding of a Red/Amber/Green
(RAG) testing status and be able to explain to project stakeholders the issues
and risks of meeting the project’s deadlines based on the defects, a shortened
testing timeframe, scope creep, etc
·
Facilitate defect calls and review the
progress made to resolve the defects based on the defect severity/priority and
the turnaround time guidelines
·
Effectively resolve all defects and
impediments testers are facing promptly and with urgency by bringing together
developers, testers, and business analysts.
Escalate critical issues and work directly with your counterparts
(Business PM, IT PM and Digital PM) to employ all necessary parties to
productively resolve the defects

Develop End to End (E2E) scenarios that
incorporate a project’s process flow using project documentation
·
Evaluate the QA, UAT and vendor group’s test
cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage exists based on the business
requirements
